The Menarche Magic workshop is a group education and a celebration session of a young girls first bleed (their menarche).
Whether they have experienced their first bleed or not, these group sessions are the perfect opportunity for young girls to increase their knowledge and understanding around their periods, and learn how to support themselves both physically and emotionally during this incredibly empowering transition to womanhood.

An introduction to the menstrual cycle and her first bleed.
PERIOD POWER
What she can do when she gets her period every month.
CHARTING
How she can chart her menstrual cycle.

$100 per person.

Menarche Magic is a 2.5 hours workshop, which includes a break for a shared morning or afternoon tea.

This is completely up to you! Most workshops are booked privately and take place in the comfort of your own home; however we are lucky enough to have access to a private clinic space in Randwick if you would prefer.

The minimum amount of participants for each session is 6 girls, while the maximum is 10.

Parents are encouraged to attend the final half hour of the workshop.
